No Refunds/Exchanges
All sales are considered final unless an item is received in defective condition. If you believe your purchase is defective, please contact us at info@whipandbloom.com with the product details and a description of the issue.
Upon receipt of the returned item, it will be carefully inspected, and you will be notified by email within a reasonable timeframe regarding the outcome of your claim. If approved, a replacement will be issued or a refund will be processed using the original method of payment.
